It remvoes the mouse pionter from an user focus at a wroking area so the mouse cusror does not cover the text or pciture that you see. Pointer dispapears when user keystroeks or after a some sceonds wihtou mouse actiivty. With any mouse actoin mouse poinetr shows at its place.
